SCIENCE BEHIND INDIAN BELIEF

Most of the Indian customs and traditions are derived from our ancestors. Tradition and customs are taught at a very young age and followed as part of life there is always science behind indian traditional belief so let us look into some of the tradition fallowed by Indians

1)FESTIVALS 



the fact is every country fallows it every country has there own cultural festival but in india it is performed in a great manner the science behind festival is that do not sitting idol you may know proverb idol mind is evil workshop in festivals every part of the body is at full function as a result less falling sick gonna happen 

doing activity gives strength and since every body parts get active human body get hungry for energy consumption

especially on indian fesivals kids are given more task so that they can perform activity get hungry eat more which ultimately help in greater body strength

We still fallow this if any Indian who buy car with insurance he has buy Indian insurance that tieing lemon and mirchi to there car and bikes

But here is a science behind it as well earlier in those times bullock-cart was the one of the best option to travel for long distance on this journey one feel dehydration, tieredness in order to over come this they used to tie lemon and mirchi to bullock cart

Lemon act has dehydrator and chilly has medical powers to kill germs chilly helps in keeping away insect, if any infection happened on the journey our ancestors used combination of both lemon and mirchi to get rid of any infection

The same has been fallowed now where Indians tie these to there vehicles

3)EATING SWEET BEFORE GOOD WORK



Humans do get stressed if they work for long hours as a result you get dehydrated, there are some occasion where Indians feel stressed like on time of examination,on wedding,on going to new job etc as result of this we get dehydrated our ancestors recognized this problem as solution before doing thing they used to eat sweet which act as dehydrater gives more energy and enables to do more work

4)SITTING ON FLOOR WHILE EATING


It is a common practice which can be seen in india even now  there is a science behind this tradition, sitting on floor is called “sukhassan” a yoga pose which brings calmness and triggers brain to prepare stomach for digestion

By sitting like this the blood circulation will happen with less pressure as a result digestion happens very well and the output energy distributed properly to every body parts

by sitting on floor and eating give work to knees,joints,hip,spine etc s next time don't sit idol while eating 

5)YAGNA/pooja


every energy is taken in solid, liquid,gas status while doing yagna indians offer tulasi, butter etc to fire as a result it's get burnt and get vaporized in gas form taking vaporized form of herbs is good for nose, lungs, pores of skin

even ashes of yagna pooja act as good fertilizer as a result reduction of bad odour and bacteria can be seen

 G6)GHOST IN TREES


We might have heard from our grandparents that don’t go near pupil tree ,banyan tree etc because it’s place where ghost lives but there is scientific reason behind it.

any trees release oxygen at day and co2 in night if someone sleeps near pupil or any tress it will be harmful to him. an average person breathes 1kg mass of co2 around 500lts of co2 more than 2.57milion of co2 released every second into atmosphere

since people didn’t listened to there elders they made a ghost story so that people avoid falling sick
